CMS Info Systems acquires Securens for INR 80 Cr

CMS Info Systems reported 5% revenue growth to INR 627 Cr and 3% profit growth to INR 93.6 Cr for Q1 FY26, despite subdued consumption trends.

The company agreed to acquire up to 100% of Securens Systems Private Limited for approximately INR 80 Cr. Securens, an AloT remote monitoring services provider, will help CMS scale its Vision AI business and expand its client base in the BFSI sector.

CMS also secured INR 500 Cr in new order wins during the quarter.
