Veranda Learning Raises ₹357 Crore in QIP

Veranda Learning Solutions has successfully allotted 1,58,71,173 equity shares at INR 225.20 each through a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP), raising INR 3,57,41,88,159.60. The issue, which opened on July 17, 2025, and closed on July 22, 2025, aims to reduce debt by approximately INR 310 crore and fund general corporate purposes. The QIP saw strong participation from institutional investors like Authum Investment and Trust Mutual Fund.
