Steelcast considers interim dividend and share split

Steelcast Limited will consider declaring its first interim dividend for financial year 2025-26 at its board meeting on July 31, with a record date of August 8.

The board will also discuss a sub-division of equity shares, subject to shareholder approval, with a proposed record date of August 29.

The company will also approve unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.
