Shyam Metalics declares dividend, plans $540m fundraise

Shyam Metalics and Energy Limited reported consolidated income of ₹4,472.45 crore and profit after tax of ₹290.67 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, 2025.

The company declared a first interim dividend of ₹1.80 per equity share for fiscal year 2025-26, with the record date set for July 28, 2025.

Shyam Metalics announced plans to raise up to ₹4,500 crore through various equity-linked instruments, including private placements or public issues. It also approved issuing Non-Convertible Debentures aggregating up to ₹3,000 crore.
