Seshasayee Paper reports Q1 results, acquisition update

Seshasayee Paper & Boards Limited reported standalone net profit of ₹17.06 crores on revenue of ₹399.69 crores for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Earnings per share stood at ₹2.83.

The company provided an update on its acquisition of Servalakshmi Paper Limited's assets, noting that while the e-auction sale has been approved by NCLT and assets handed over, appeals challenging the order remain pending. Seshasayee Paper is working towards revival and recommencement of operations for the acquired assets.
