Man Infraconstruction raises ₹185 crore through warrant conversions

Man Infraconstruction Limited raised ₹184.6 crore by converting 1.58 crore convertible warrants into equity shares at ₹155 per share.

The company's paid-up capital increased from ₹77.6 crore to ₹80.7 crore following the allotment approved on July 22, 2025.

Additionally, 26.3 lakh convertible warrants that weren't converted by the deadline were forfeited, along with the initial 25% payment made for these warrants.
