Lloyds Enterprises to finalize Rs 999bn rights issue

Lloyds Enterprises Limited will hold a board meeting on July 25, 2025, to finalize terms for its rights issue, including price, entitlement ratio and record date.

The issue aims to raise up to Rs 99,900 lakhs through partly paid-up equity shares.
