Dalmia Bharat achieves record quarterly EBITDA of INR 883cr

Dalmia Bharat Limited reported record quarterly EBITDA of INR 883 crores in Q1 FY26, up 32% year-on-year, with EBITDA per tonne improving 40% to INR 1,261.

The cement maker plans INR 3,287 crores in capacity expansions including a 3.6 million tonne clinker unit and 6 million tonne grinding unit in Andhra Pradesh, commissioning in Q2 FY28.

The company divested 4.1% of IEX Ltd for INR 742 crores and increased renewable energy capacity to 294 MW.
