UGRO Capital shareholders approve Profectus Capital acquisition

UGRO Capital Limited announced shareholder approval for the acquisition of Profectus Capital Private Limited, with 76.85% voting in favour via postal ballot concluding July 20, 2025.

Shareholders also approved the issuance of Compulsory Convertible Debentures on a preferential basis and an increase in authorized share capital, both receiving similar approval rates of around 76.8%.
