Raghav Productivity Enhancers Board Approves Key Appointments

Raghav Productivity Enhancers Ltd. held its second board meeting for FY 2025-26 on July 21, 2025, approving several key decisions. M/s Arms & Associate LLP was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years, commencing April 1, 2025, subject to shareholder approval. M/s Birla Gupta & Co. was re-appointed as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26.
