Mahindra Logistics appoints new CEO and directors

Mahindra Logistics Limited shareholders approved several key appointments at the company's annual general meeting held on July 21, 2025.

Hemant Sikka was appointed as director and managing director & chief executive, while Naveen Raju Kollaickal joined as a director and Malvika Sinha was named as an independent director.

Shareholders also approved the company's audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025, and declared a final dividend for the same period.
