Cropster Agro appoints new managing director

Cropster Agro Limited announced a leadership transition on July 21, 2025. Jignesh Kumar Patel resigned from his positions as managing director and chief financial officer, effective July 22, citing personal and professional commitments.

Jaivikkumar Patel was appointed as additional director and managing director for a five-year term, effective July 21, subject to shareholder approval. He has over seven years of experience in agro-related products, accountancy, finance, and capital markets.
