Andhra Cements narrows Q1 loss, launches rights issue

Andhra Cements Limited reported a net loss of INR 2,962 lakhs for Q1 FY2026, narrowing from INR 4,991 lakhs in the prior quarter but widening from INR 2,359 lakhs a year earlier.

The company is proceeding with a rights issue of up to INR 18,000 lakhs, which has received in-principle approvals.
