Aurum PropTech plans preferential share issue

Aurum PropTech Limited will consider issuing equity shares via a preferential issue at its board meeting on July 23, 2025.

The board will also approve unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. An extraordinary general meeting or postal ballot will be convened to seek shareholder approval for the proposed share issue, subject to regulatory approvals.
