Shriram Finance raises borrowing limits, declares dividend

Shriram Finance Limited approved proposals to enhance borrowing limits from ₹2,35,000 crores to ₹2,95,000 crores at its annual general meeting. Security creation limits were increased from ₹2,93,750 crores to ₹3,54,000 crores.

The company declared a final dividend of ₹3 per equity share, alongside confirmation of two interim dividends of ₹22 per equity share. The limit to sell, assign or securitize receivables was raised from ₹50,000 crores to ₹75,000 crores.
