Shankar Lal Rampal Dye-Chem plans backward integration move

Shankar Lal Rampal Dye-Chem Ltd. will consider backward integration through acquiring a new manufacturing facility adjacent to its existing unit in Suwana, Bhilwara.

The move aims to transition the company from a trading model to integrated manufacturing of home care and cleaning products, including dish wash gel, fabric wash liquid, and detergents.

The board will evaluate the purchase agreement for land and factory to improve in-house manufacturing and secure the supply chain.
