Amber Enterprises reports revenue growth, seeks $300m funding

Amber Enterprises India Limited reported consolidated revenue of ₹9,973 crore and profit after tax of ₹251 crore for financial year 2024-25, with operating EBITDA of ₹796 crore.

The company is seeking approval to raise funds up to ₹2,500 crore and has proposed increasing managerial remuneration for managing director Jasbir Singh to ₹3.5 crore and executive director Daljit Singh to ₹3.22 crore.

Strategic initiatives include joint ventures with Korea Circuit and Yujin Machinery, expanding into advanced manufacturing of printed circuit boards and railway components.
