Tata Motors creates foundation for CSR activities

Tata Motors Limited announced the incorporation of Tata Motors Foundation, a not-for-profit company registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013.

The foundation has an authorized share capital of ₹50,00,000, with initial capital subscription of ₹10,00,000 comprising 1,00,000 equity shares.

Shareholding is distributed among Tata entities: Tata Motors Limited holds 45%, Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Limited 40%, Tata Technologies Limited 10%, with the remaining 5% split between three other Tata subsidiaries.

The foundation's primary objective is to promote and execute various CSR activities.
