Ganesha Ecosphere completes warrant conversion raising INR 1bn

Ganesha Ecosphere allotted 1,339,000 equity shares at INR 1035 per share to GPL Finance Limited on July 17, converting remaining warrants worth INR 1,039,327,500.

The transaction completed conversion of all 1,449,000 warrants originally allotted in January 2024. The company's paid-up equity capital now stands at INR 2,679.60 lakh comprising 26,795,984 shares.
