Escorts Kubota deputy managing director resigns

Seiji Fukuoka, deputy managing director of Escorts Kubota Limited, has resigned effective August 4, 2025. His resignation stems from Kubota Corporation, the company's holding entity, withdrawing his nomination.

Fukuoka cited pre-occupation with other professional assignments as the reason for his departure. He will also step down from his roles on the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee and Risk Management Committee.
