Craftsman Automation invests in solar power ventures

Craftsman Automation Limited has invested in three solar power entities under the Group Captive Scheme.

The company invested Rs. 1,23,000 each in Silver Brook Farms Private Limited and Dambo Farms Private Limited, acquiring 20.50% stakes in both. It invested Rs. 1,28,000 in Goldi Gold Private Limited for a 21.33% stake.

The investments were completed on July 17, 2025. All three entities are engaged in power generation and transmission but have yet to commence operations.
