Mexico operations will consolidate from Juarez to Matamoros, with some high-value products moving to Wichita, USA. The Juarez plant closes by December 2025, costing ~$500K but saving ~$750K annually.

Canada will consolidate two facilities into a single 30,000 sq.ft. facility by end-September with minimal financial impact.

Germany operations are rightsizing following relocations to Morocco and Hungary, incurring ~€1.1M expense but generating ~€850K annual savings.
