Shyam Metalics board to discuss Q1 results and fundraise

Shyam Metalics and Energy Limited will hold a board meeting on July 22 to approve unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.

The board will also discuss raising funds through convertible debentures, convertible preference shares, warrants, and non-convertible debentures via public issues, rights issues, preferential allotments, or private placements.
