Lotus Chocolate appoints new whole-time director

Lotus Chocolate Company Limited appointed Natarajan Mayuram Venkataraman as additional director and whole-time director for a five-year term, effective July 16, 2025, subject to shareholder approval.

Natarajan brings extensive retail and consumer goods experience, having previously served as business head for chocolates, biscuits and confectionery at Reliance Consumer Products Limited. His background includes leadership roles at Wrigley India Private Limited, Mars International, and VLCC Personal Care Limited.
