Granules India achieves top 5% global sustainability ranking

Granules India reported a "Gold rating" from EcoVadis in its first corporate-level assessment, placing it in the top 5% globally with a 97th percentile rank. The company achieved a "B" rating in the CDP Climate assessment, a two-level improvement.

The pharmaceutical company reduced Scope 1 and 2 absolute emissions by 32.2% compared to FY23 and committed to Net Zero by 2050. Renewable energy consumption increased by nearly 48% to 213.24 TJ, with 68.7% of electricity from renewable sources.
