Uno Minda reports 20% revenue growth to INR16,775cr

Uno Minda Limited reported consolidated revenues of INR16,775 crores for FY25, a 20% year-over-year increase. Profit attributable to shareholders grew 8% to INR943 crores.

The company expanded its manufacturing footprint with a new 4W alloy wheel facility at Bawal and a 4W lighting plant at Khed, Pune. Total capital expenditure for FY25 was INR1,656 crores.

The company declared a total dividend of INR2.25 per equity share, reflecting a 12.50% increase from the previous year.
