Sunshield Chemicals appoints new independent director

Sunshield Chemicals Limited has appointed Mukesh Malhotra as an independent director for a five-year term beginning May 5, 2025.

Malhotra, a chartered accountant, brings over four decades of global experience across industrial products, automotive components, and specialty chemicals. He has held leadership roles in multinational corporations and serves on the National Executive Committee of FICCI.
