Pricol reports 19% revenue growth, acquires plastic components division

Pricol Limited reported consolidated revenue of Rs 2,620.91 crores for FY2024-25, an 18.69% year-on-year growth. Consolidated profit before tax rose 21.90% to Rs 226.61 crores, while EBITDA increased 15.13% to Rs 329.53 crores.

The company acquired the Injection Moulded Plastic Component Solutions Division of Sundaram Auto Components Limited on January 31, 2025, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Pricol Precision Products Private Limited.
