Modis Navnirman creates non-profit subsidiary for social welfare

Modis Navnirman Limited's board approved the incorporation of a Section 8 non-profit subsidiary with objectives including commerce, art, science, and social welfare promotion.

The board also approved using the company's premises as the registered office for the new subsidiary and allowing use of "Modis Navnirman" as a prefix in its name.
