Fortis Healthcare posts 27% EBITDA growth, recommends dividend

Fortis Healthcare Limited reported consolidated revenue of INR 7,783 crores for FY 2024-25, up 12.9% from the previous year.

Consolidated EBITDA reached INR 1,655 crores, rising 26.7% with a margin of 21.3%. Net profit after tax stood at INR 809 crores.

The board recommended a final dividend of INR 1 per equity share for FY 2024-25, subject to shareholder approval.
