Authum Investment diversifies into credit business, net worth soars

Authum Investment & Infrastructure Limited has transformed from an investment platform to an integrated credit business. As of June 30, 2025, its net worth reached Rs. 16,669.8 Cr, with market capitalization of ~Rs. 44,500 Cr.

The shift rebalanced its portfolio significantly. Investments now represent ~28% of total book size, while Credit & Alternative Assets Business accounts for ~72%.

Key moves include acquiring ~42.3% stake in Prataap Snacks for ~Rs. 764.5 Cr, converting debt to ~44.6% equity stake in NITCO Ltd, and completing acquisition of 88.37% shareholding in India SME ARC for ~Rs. 313 Cr on June 17, 2025.
