Advent Hotels appoints new senior management team

Advent Hotels International Private Limited appointed Rahul Pandit as managing director and chief executive, Amit Jain as chief financial officer, and Chirag Sojitra as company secretary and compliance officer.

The appointments come as the company prepares for listing on BSE and NSE stock exchanges as part of a merger scheme involving Valor Estate Limited and Esteem Properties Private Limited.
