Kilitch Drugs raises INR 4,992.51 lakhs via rights issue

Kilitch Drugs (India) Ltd announced a rights issue of 13,98,463 equity shares at INR 357 per share, raising INR 4,992.51 lakhs total.

The company will issue 2 rights shares for every 23 existing shares held. Proceeds will primarily fund a greenfield project in Pen, Maharashtra (INR 4,700 lakhs) with the remainder for general corporate purposes.
