GPT Infraprojects reports record revenue of Rs1,159 crore

GPT Infraprojects Limited reported record revenue of Rs1,159.3 crore and profit after tax of Rs88.5 crore for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025. EBITDA increased 22.4% to Rs156.5 crore.

The company completed a Rs175 crore qualified institutional placement, improving its debt-to-equity ratio from 0.63x to 0.22x and enabling bids for larger infrastructure projects.

GPT Infraprojects declared a dividend of Rs3 per share and opened a new steel girder manufacturing facility in West Bengal.
