Shree Cement proposes $1.3 final dividend per share

Shree Cement has proposed a final dividend of INR 60 per equity share for FY 2024-25, following an interim dividend of INR 50. This brings the total proposed dividend to INR 110 per share for the financial year.

The company reported audited standalone net profit of INR 1,196.23 crore for FY 2024-25. The record date for the final dividend is July 21, 2025, with payment scheduled on or after August 5, 2025.
