Tata Elxsi allots equity shares under stock option plan

Tata Elxsi has announced the allotment of 435 equity shares to eligible employees exercising their performance stock options under the "Tata Elxsi Limited Performance Stock Option Plan 2023."

This allotment has resulted in an increase in the company's paid-up equity share capital. The capital has risen to INR 62,28,51,310, divided into 6,22,85,131 equity shares of INR 10 each. Previously, the capital stood at INR 62,28,46,960, divided into 6,22,84,696 equity shares of INR 10 each.
