Pricol has confirmed that there were no specific concerns raised by the auditors prior to their resignation, and no information requests were unmet. Pricol is actively seeking a new statutory auditor to comply with regulatory requirements. The company also said that the reasons from the audit firm for its resignation do not deviate from the official resignation statement.
