Fashion jewellery company announces 16th annual general meeting date

PNGS Gargi Fashion Jewellery Limited has announced the convening of its 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday, August 1, 2025, at 12:00 Noon (IST). The meeting will be conducted through Video Conference/ Other Audio Visual Means.

The company has informed shareholders that the Annual Report, inclusive of the AGM notice, has been disseminated to members listed in the Register of Members and Beneficial Owners as of July 4, 2025, with the report and notice also available on the company's website.

Shareholders eligible as of the cut-off date, Friday, July 25, 2025, can cast their votes on proposed resolutions through remote e-voting, which will commence on Monday, July 28, 2025, at 9:00 AM and conclude on Thursday, July 31, 2025, at 5:00 PM.
