Union Bank of India appoints new head - audit

Union Bank of India (BSE:UNIONBANK) has announced a change in its senior management, with Shri Vipan Singh being appointed as the Head - Audit & Inspection Vertical of the bank, effective July 9, 2025. This appointment follows an internal transfer, and Singh will replace Shri S C Teli, CGM in the role. Singh brings over 28 years of experience to the position and has previously held various positions, including Branch Banking, Regional Office, Zonal Office, and Corporate Office. He has also headed the Bank's Jaipur Zone. The announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 and 51 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
