TBO Tek sets date for 19th annual general meeting

TBO Tek Limited has announced that its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on August 8, 2025, at 3:00 PM (IST) via video conferencing. The notice of the AGM and the annual report for the financial year 2024-25 will be sent electronically to shareholders whose email addresses are registered. The notice will also be available on the company's website, the NSDL website, and the websites of the BSE and NSE. Shareholders are requested to update their email and KYC details with their respective DPs or the company's RTA, KFin Technologies Limited. Shareholders can cast their vote either remotely before or during the AGM. The company has issued this announcement in compliance with regulations from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
