Suraj Limited holds successful 32nd annual general meeting

Suraj Limited successfully convened its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on July 9, 2025, through video conferencing, adhering to guidelines issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). The meeting addressed key agenda items, including the adoption of audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025. Shareholders approved the re-appointment of Mr. Ashok Tarachand Shah, who retired by rotation. Remuneration was approved for both executive and non-executive directors, and M/s. Hardik Jetani & associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term. The meeting, attended by 24 members via video conference, concluded with a vote of thanks to the participants, and the results of the AGM will be submitted to the Stock Exchange and made available on the company website.
