Reliance subsidiary challenges termination notice, court grants stay

Reliance Power Limited announced that its subsidiary, Reliance NU Suntech Private Limited, challenged a termination notice issued by Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI). The matter was brought before the High Court of Delhi, which granted a stay, ensuring the maintenance of status quo between the involved parties. This action restrains SECI from implementing any coercive measures related to the power purchase agreement. The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
