Piramal Enterprises seeks sanction for composite scheme arrangement

Piramal Enterprises Limited has announced that it has filed a Company Petition with the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, seeking sanction for the composite scheme of arrangement involving Piramal Enterprises and Piramal Finance Limited. The Scheme Application number is CA(CAA) 113 OF 2025. This move follows earlier intimations on May 28, 2025, July 4, 2025, and July 5, 2025, related to the arrangement. The company is seeking the NCLT's approval following the scheme's approval by the requisite majority of equity shareholders and secured creditors at meetings held on July 4, 2025. This action is pursuant to Sections 230 to 232 and other provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
