NIIT Learning Systems to guarantee Irish subsidiary's loan

NIIT Learning Systems Limited has announced the issuance of a corporate guarantee related to a term loan facility for NIIT (Ireland) Limited, its wholly-owned overseas subsidiary. Approved by the board on July 9, 2025, the guarantee will support NIIT Ireland in securing a EUR 15.75 mn term loan from ICICI Bank UK PLC. The loan will fund acquisition financing, general corporate purposes, and cover transaction-related expenses. The guarantee is valid for up to five years and 30 days from the initial drawdown date and will be released upon full repayment of the loan. NIIT Learning Systems considers this a contingent liability within the consolidated group.
