Lux Industries: General manager resigns to explore new opportunities

Lux Industries has announced the resignation of Mr. Prateek Agarwal, General Manager - IT and New Initiatives, and a Senior Management Personnel of the Company, effective from the close of business hours on July 09, 2025. According to the company's filing with the BSE and NSE, Agarwal is leaving to pursue new opportunities outside the organization. Lux Industries stated there are no other reasons for his resignation. The company affirmed that Agarwal’s departure adheres to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations. Lux Industries provided details of the resignation as per SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123, dated July 13, 2023, and stated Mr. Agarwal will assist in handing over his responsibilities.
