Kesoram Industries board meeting scheduled for July 14th

Kesoram Industries has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on July 14th, 2025, to review and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30th, 2025. In compliance with SEBI's insider trading regulations, Kesoram had previously informed the stock exchanges on June 24th, 2025 that the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives remains closed from July 1st, 2025, until 48 hours after the financial results are announced. The announcement was made to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE).
