Greenlam sets date for annual general meeting

Greenlam Industries has announced its 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM), to be held virtually on Thursday, July 31, 2025, at 03:30 p.m. IST. The meeting will be conducted via video conferencing. Key items on the agenda include the adoption of audited financial statements, declaration of a final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, and the re-appointment of Mr. Shiv Prakash Mittal as a director. The meeting will also include a special resolution for the re-appointment of Ms. Matangi Gowrishankar as an Independent Director for a second term. The company has also proposed the appointment of M/s. Ranjeet Pandey & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term, with annual remuneration of INR525,000. Voting rights will be determined based on shareholdings as of July 24, 2025.
