Emkay Global announces AGM, sets book closure dates

Emkay Global Financial Services Limited announced its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Monday, August 11, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. (IST) via video conferencing, in accordance with regulatory guidelines. The company also declared a book closure, from Tuesday, August 5, 2025, to Monday, August 11, 2025, for AGM purposes and to determine eligibility for the proposed final dividend of INR4 per equity share, comprising a normal dividend of INR1.50 and a special dividend of INR2.50, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. The dividend represents 40% of the face value of INR10 per share. The notice convening the AGM and the annual report for the financial year 2024-25 will be sent to members and debenture holders.
