Century Plyboards shareholders approve independent director appointments

Century Plyboards (India) Limited announced the successful passage of resolutions to appoint Prof. (Dr.) Anuradha Lohia and Shri Kothandaraman Hari as Independent Directors, effective as of May 29th, 2025. The approvals were secured through a remote e-voting postal ballot process, as detailed in a filing made in accordance with SEBI regulations. A total of 492 members, representing 205,526,815 equity shares, participated in the e-voting process. Both resolutions achieved near unanimous support, with over 99.99% of the votes cast in favor and less than 0.01% against.
