Bharat Forge opens window for physical share transfers

Bharat Forge announced the opening of a special window for re-lodgement of transfer requests of physical shares, as per regulatory requirements from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). This initiative, in accordance with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD/P/CIR/2025/97 dated July 02, 2025, allows shareholders to resubmit requests for physical share transfers. The company made the announcement through newspaper advertisements published on July 9, 2025, in Financial Express (English) and Loksatta (Marathi). The move aims to facilitate shareholders who may have previously faced difficulties in transferring physical shares. The re-lodgement window is open to members who submitted physical transfer requests before April 1, 2019, and have seen these previously rejected or delayed.
